Watershed Planning Across Municipal Boundaries: A Workshop on Intermunicipal Collaboration

 
Hudson River Watershed In partnership with the Hudson River Estuary Program and the Center for Research, Regional Education and Outreach at SUNY New Paltz, the Hudson River Watershed Alliance organized a workshop on intermunicipal watershed coordination and planning for local watershed leaders and elected officials. Held on April 21st at SUNY New Palz, the workshop featured presentations that provided tools for intermunicipal watershed collaboration, as well as examples of some successes and challenges faced by existing intermunicipal councils. Project funding was provided by the New York State Environmental Protection Fund through the Hudson River Estuary Program of the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation and Mid-Hudson Geosciences.
